Veterans Outreach Support VOS is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) 2025 Gold Award, the highest honour for employers championing the Armed Forces community.
VOS is one of a limited number of organisations to have been awarded this prestigious award, which reflects our long-term commitment to supporting veterans, reservists, and their families as they transition to civilian careers and continue serving society in new ways.
Just over 200 organisations across the UK have been awarded Gold this year for their support towards the Armed Forces community.
VOS stands tall alongside fellow regional gold standard bearers who have attained this award, like Brighton & Hove City Council, and NHS Trusts, such as East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
