VOS IOW is proud to offer a range of welfare, wellbeing, and clinical mental health support across the Isle of Wight.
All Isle of Wight residents who have served in the UK Armed Forces or Merchant Navy, along with their spouses, partners and carers, are very welcome to join the VOS IOW community and access this support!
What Does VOS Isle of Wight Provide?
VOS IOW hosts social groups, wellbeing activities and outreach/drop-in days to foster community, combat loneliness, and alleviate isolation across the island. Here’s where to find us:
How Can I Take Part?
Want to join up? We’d love to hear from you. The best way to get started is by visiting our monthly Drop-In, taking place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1200 to 1600 at the Riverside Centre (Community Action IOW), The Quay, Newport, PO30 2QR. More information about Drop-In available here.
If you need to reach us for support outside of the Drop-In day, please contact the VOS office or visit one of our social hubs/outreach days.
