Partnership in Mind, led by Veterans Outreach Support (VOS), is the South East’s regional portfolio, across nine counties, under the Thrive Together programme.
The programme’s strength lies in its collaborative model, bringing together local authorities, charities, and statutory services
to form a truly integrated support network for veterans, their families and carers. The ‘no wrong front door’ philosophy ensures that they can access help wherever they turn, whether it is for mental health, welfare or wellbeing support.
As part of the collaborative approach, we’re excited to share an opportunity to join our free online ‘One Connect’ Professional Community Network.
This membership network brings together professionals and organisations working in the Armed Forces Community across the South East of England, helping members connect, collaborate and communicate.
As a registered member, you will be able to access useful resources, news, events and a growing network of contacts across the region. You will also be able to upload your own resources and events to share across your professional community.
